Deposit, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Policy
Deposit Requirement
A deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve rental equipment and secure the event date. No reservation is confirmed until the deposit has been received. All deposits are non-refundable except as expressly stated below.
Payment Terms
The remaining contract balance is due no later than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled delivery date. Failure to remit full payment by this deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be submitted in writing. The following terms apply based on the timing of notice provided by the Client:
-
More than seven (7) days prior to delivery
The deposit is non-refundable; however, it may be transferred one (1) time to a new event date occurring within twelve (12) months of the original event date, subject to availability. -
Seven (7) days to seventy-two (72) hours prior to delivery
The deposit shall be retained by the Company. Any additional payments made beyond the deposit shall be converted into a credit for a future event occurring within twelve (12) months, subject to availability. -
Less than seventy-two (72) hours prior to delivery
The full contract amount is non-refundable and not eligible for credit, transfer, or rescheduling.
Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond either party’s reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather events, natural disasters, government orders, or other force majeure events, the Company will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis. At the Company’s discretion, a credit or rescheduled date may be offered. Refunds are not guaranteed.
Acknowledgment
Client acknowledges that rental equipment is removed from availability upon booking and that last-minute cancellations result in lost business opportunities. Client agrees to provide notice as soon as possible in the event of cancellation or rescheduling.
