About South Texas Tents

As a proud Laredoan, our founder, David Reyes, recognized a significant gap in the local event rental industry: limited access to high-quality rental equipment and the level of professional service that customers deserved.

The idea for South Texas Tents was born while planning his own wedding. Like many residents in the area, David quickly discovered that the premium tents, furnishings, and event equipment he envisioned for his backyard wedding were not readily available in Laredo. Instead, most of the options required hiring companies from San Antonio and other cities, resulting in higher costs, limited availability, and less personalized service.

Rather than accepting the problem, David decided to solve it.

Driven by a commitment to bring premium event rentals and exceptional customer service to South Texas, he invested in commercial-grade equipment and built a company focused on reliability, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. What began as a solution to a personal challenge has since grown into South Texas Tents LLC, a trusted local provider serving weddings, corporate events, festivals, private parties, schools, churches, and community gatherings throughout the region.

Today, South Texas Tents continues to operate on the same principles that inspired its creation: providing South Texas customers with access to high-quality event rentals, transparent pricing, dependable service, and a stress-free rental experience. We believe that our community deserves the same level of equipment and professionalism found in larger metropolitan areas—without having to bring vendors in from hundreds of miles away.
